Chris has made a file available with Biogrid worm curation that has the following columns:

Systematic A (e.g. AC7.2) Systematic B BioGRID ID A BioGRID ID B Wormbase ID A (e.g. WBGene00004929) Wormbase ID B Experimental System Experimental System Type (physical or genetic) Author Pubmed Organism Interactor A Organism Interactor B Quantitative Score (hyphen if no score) Modification Throughput (high throughput or low throughput) Qualification (pipe-delimited) Phenotype (pipe-delimited phenotype:phenotype type)

The Biogrid IDs are included in case WB wants to make links back to Biogrid using the format: http://thebiogrid.org/42412
