1. Administration update (Todd; 10 minutes)

  • Moved CVS repository to OICR, test out
  • Checks on individual development sites - issues with GBrowse images; Some peculiar Firefox browser issues observed for Xiaoqi's individual site
  • Production servers @ OICR set-up; contains 15 frozen releases
  • Datamining servers to be moved to OICR as well.

2. WS207 update / pipeline notes (Norie; 10 minutes)

  • Orthology and ontology compilations
  • Working with LoadGFFDB
  • GFF2-based genomes are loaded
  • Orthology data now being loaded
  • Bug with some of the compiled data
  • Analysis for additions to the paralog page

3. Pathways/processes visualization (Xiaoqi; 10 minutes)

  • working with Ant on display
  • Sent Karen the appropriate code for their collaboration
  • Aside: Discussion of BitBucket issue assignments and resolutions

4. modENCODE and general development update (Abby; 10 minutes)

5. Define Mart schedule (Zheng; 10 minutes)
