Agenda

1. Administration update (Todd; 10 minutes)

- Moved CVS repository to OICR, test out
- Checks on individual development sites - issues with GBrowse images; Some peculiar Firefox browser issues observed for Xiaoqi's individual site
- Production servers @ OICR set-up;  contains 15 frozen releases
- Datamining servers to be moved to OICR as well.

2. WS207 update / pipeline notes (Norie; 10 minutes)

  • Orthology and ontology compilations
  • Working with LoadGFFDB
  • GFF2-based genomes are loaded
  • Orthology data now being loaded
  • Bug with some of the compiled data
  • Analysis for additions to the paralog page
