Agenda

• WS293 delivery delay(Hinxton).

• Stavros: will be delayed. Briony got a massive variant first pass dataset. EBI changing the cluster, and moving from LSF to SLO (?) so will need to migrate the pipelines. Mark has already migrated, but haven't had chance to run tests yet. WS293 Mark will run the pipelines while Stavros helps with database. No chance will be on schedule for two weeks from now.
• Valerio: Stavros, let me know about variant first pass pipeline improvements.

• Stavros: It should be okay, there's also other author first pass pipelines, 2000 new strains. For about a year, results of variant first pass is a pointer to papers. Curate and grab data for new variants and new strains, but would prefer to grab all the data even if they already exist in the database. So afp is just a pointer to paper, but still very useful.

• Valerio: Also let us know if there's errors in author first pass submissions.

• Daniela: When is the next upload, need to work on micropubication ingest.

• Stavros: Between 15 and end of July.

• Paul S: WormBase progress report sent. Letter to Wormlab PIs will be sent by wormboard tomorrow. Townhall is scheduled for last week of May, will send that out.
