Data Visualization - R

• stable implementation; merging with staging
• leaving no clutter: tmp files are properly cleared, keeps directory with previously generated images
• grouping by projects which removes need for color usage and provides better overview across projects
• image height is adjusted based on number of projects

Intermine

• WS239-2 build finished
• made space on production and loaded build into its own database
• have not fired up an InterMine instance on that data yet

Search (Xapian)

• Don't always shorten species to g_species - if not recognized, shorten to genus_species
  • disambiguation between all the different c_elegans.

• being tested by curators
  • WormBase/website-mobile/issues
• slow - they take that to mean not working sometimes
• will address issues this week
