Gene Ontology curation at WormBase is performed through several different pipelines:
1. Manual curation of the literature
2. Semi-automated, Textpresso-based curation of Cellular Component and Molecular Function
3. Phenotype2GO mappings for Biological Process curation (both VariationPhenotype2GO and RNAiPhenotype2GO)
4. InterPro2GO mappings for sequence-based IEA annotations
5. Reference Genome inferential annotations
Semi-automated curation
