mnT10(V;X) | Summary: An X:autosome reciprocal translocation consisting of half-translocations that recombines with V and X. Either half-translocation of mnT10 can exist in heterozygous form in the absence of the other to give heterozygous duplication-deficiency animals. The separable half-translocations are designated mnT10(V) and mnTI0(X). mnT10(X) contains a dominant Him phenotype that maps near dpy-3. mnTl0(X) shows about sevenfold reduced recombination with a normal X in the dpy-3 to unc-6 interval, whereas mnT10(V) recombines readily with LGV.
