Planning meeting. Discuss objectives and strategies.

To identify strengths and weaknesses, we'll first start with a quick survey of other MODs. This will further a second goal of creating a current list of available tools for presenting comparative data.

MODs to survey are:

  • FlyBase - Gary
  • SGD/CGD - Gary
  • AspDG - Norie
  • EnsemblBacteria - Norie
  • EuPathDB - Todd
  • VectorBase - Todd
  • TAIR PlantDB - Michael
