Objectives

  • Explore available tools for presentation of comparative genomics data.
  • Survey organism databases for methods of presenting and navigating between species.
  • Identify weaknesses and limitations at WormBase.

  1. Is our data logically organized and easy to find?
  2. Is our data easy to download in batch from the FTP site?
  3. Are the data files on the FTP site complete, documented, created with each release?
  4. Is it possible to browse WormBase with limited knowledge of C. elegans/C.elegans IDs?
