Website (Sibyl)

  • Human Variation Visualization:
    • Got alignment, homology, and positional data from ParaSite API. I discussed with Bruce about the results from API, one thing to mention:
      • the alignment is based on CDS only, so the visualization will be limited to those parts if we plan on showing sequence when zoomed in
  • LEGO
    • (WIP) Create and switching between different mode (summary mode vs evidence mode) of LEGO graph

Datomic (Adam)

  • Worked on reorganizing the datomic-to-catalyst repo
