JBrowse dev status towards 3rd quarter limited test preview
All Gene, Variation and Expression tracks are available (except the CDS track since JBrowse doesn't support it). Started in on adding links, labels and descriptions that are consistent with GBrowse. Links currently point at staging and open in a floating iframe (makes life a little easier during development; will change to a new window later). See this view of JBrowse for some examples of how it looks currently.
