- briggsae db bioproject id fix
- hold off on GFF3
3. Intermine development update (JD; 10 minutes)
- added rnai
- expanded classes
- gff3 loaded
- fasta loaded
- finished 3/4 orthologies - not in this build
- will be able to load orthologies on top of everything
- build currently running
- ETA: at least 1.5 days
- mappings are expanded, will be longer (significantly)
4. Intermine development restructuring (all; 10 minutes)
- granted leave of absence
- pursue US citizenship
- will return after 6 months
- planning on remaining on wormbase as volunteer and handling intermine issues
