Model changes for WS278

Disease data handling

Ranjana proposed for WS278

wiki here: https://wiki.wormbase.org/index.php/Model_changes_to_capture_and_consolidate_human_disease_data

Model has been incorporated: commit https://github.com/WormBase/wormbase-pipeline/commit/7b744319bd507b527d893f25e6a6dd5ac1766e9b

Context: https://github.com/WormBase/wormbase-pipeline/blame/master/wspec/models.wrm

I had to add a Disease_modifier_gene ?Gene XREF Modifies_disease tag as missed a note on the wiki.

Could you check the model again Ranjana.

ECO code data model

Kimberly proposed for WS278

Wiki here: https://wiki.wormbase.org/index.php/Evidence_Code_Ontology

Ranjana had an additional Disease tag for this:

Evidence_code ECO_term ?ECO_term //new tag
             GO_code ?GO_code //old tag, but add “GO_code” in front of ?GO_code

Model has been incorporated: commit:https://github.com/WormBase/wormbase-pipeline/commit/b8e089f4ba148a2f006451c74b15ee0083304d48

Context: https://github.com/WormBase/wormbase-pipeline/blame/master/wspec/models.wrm

WS278 build schedule

Suggestion: be up front on twitter, website and wiki and follow the more flexible schedule.

  • HX preference would be to push the WS278 release schedule back by 2 weeks

Adjusted Schedule to what was posted in the slack channel:

19th June - Upload
22nd June-17th July - ACeDB production
20th-24th July - Datomic migration
24th July End Hinxton release and final handover to OICR

originally:
