WormBase requires the following information for Transgene:
1. Standard transgene name (such as syIs9, nIs1 ...) 2. Driving promoter gene (abc-1, xyz-1 ...) and reporter (GFP, LacZ ...). 3. Integration method (UV, X-ray ...) 4. Laboratory who created the transgene 5. Original reference.
