Submitting nGASP gene prediction files

Gene predictions must be submitted by anonymous ftp to ftp.wormbase.org (change directory to pub/wormbase/nGASP/incoming)

Please include all required information (e.g. command-line options, non-nGASP training data) as outlined on the nGASP website in a separate README for each gene prediction set. Filenames should be as follows:

AUTHOR_SOFTWARE_CAT#_V#.gff3

For example, if I ran FGENESH using protein/EST/mRNA data and generated 3 prediction sets using various parameters, the files would be:

FIEDLER_FGENESH_CAT3_V1.gff3
FIEDLER_FGENESH_CAT3_V2.gff3
FIEDLER_FGENESH_CAT3_V3.gff3
FIEDLER_FGENESH_CAT3_V1.README
FIEDLER_FGENESH_CAT3_V2.README
FIEDLER_FGENESH_CAT3_V3.README

tar gzip: FIEDLER_FGENESH_25DEC06.tgz

All files should be compressed into a single tar gzip archive 'NAME_SOFTWARE_DATE.tgz'. The md5sum for this .tgz file should be emailed to Tristan Fiedler, and receipt confirmed.
