- stable implementation; merging with staging
- leaving no clutter: tmp files are properly cleared, keeps directory with previously generated images
- grouping by projects which removes need for color usage and provides better overview across projects

- WS239-2 build finished
- made space on production and loaded build into its own database
- have not fired up an InterMine instance on that data yet

- Don't always shorten species to g_species - if not recognized, shorten to genus_species
