Curation analysis features
- Concerning the "Comment" data field
- Change "Comment" button at the bottom of the form to "All Comments".
- Filter out all records where author form has value "some comment" AND Curator form has "review" or "nocuratable". If Curator form has either of these comments but Author form is not blank but has something other than "some comment" show all comments for that paper.
- Sort by WBPaper ID in reverse order.
- Make a new button called "No Curatable Comments" for all the comments in the nocuratable table.
