C. remanei apprears to have two copies of pept-2(previous names - opt-1, pep-1), one of which is split across two contigs Crem_Contig1442 and Crem_Contig1336
This may indicate that these contigs could be joined. I have not looked in to whether the joined contig is a real duplication or an assembly duplication of the other C. remanei pept-2 gene.
