Brugia malayi is a gonochoristic (male-female) filarial parasite, of medical interest because it infects mosquito vectors (Aedes,Anopheles, and Culex) and humans, and is phylogenetically representative of other infectious nematodes.
It has the following Web resources:
1. An article describing its genomic sequence.
2. A genome browser gateway for the current assembly at WormBase.
