WormBase captures phenotype, molecular and functional information data for alleles.

The data submission form can be accessed at the following link. http://tazendra.caltech.edu/~azurebrd/cgi-bin/forms/allele.cgi

The submission form is divided into three parts Genetic, Physical and Process information.

1. Genetic attributes of an allele entail phenotype as well as functional attributes of the lesion.

2. Physical attributes of an allele entail sequence information as well as the nature of the lesion.

(In progress) *3. Process attributes of an allele entail the genetic interactions the allele impacts, that is, what phenotype the allele has been shown to suppress or enhance (etc.) and for what other alleles.

  • The form currently does not have a separate section for Process attributes; please enter this information in the "Other allele comments" box at the bottom of the form.
