- expand coverage of existing classes, particularly:
- variation: distinguish polymorphisms from alleles; add meaningful content on nature of molecular change
- gene: add orthologs
- JD: Will require 2.5 days
- TH: Double it.
- JD - time allotted: a little over a week
- rnai/phenotype: time permitting
