January 21st

WS270 BUILD (GW)

  • fixed a corruption in the Brugia database
  • fixed Protein history tracking

NameDB 2 (PD/MR)

  • API should be ready for testing start/mid of February (web is API here: https://names.wormbase.org/)
  • will put in gene+variation data for testing, features coming later

EnsEMBL (MP)

  • updating C.elegans, C.briggsae, P.pacificus, B.malayi and M.incognita

UCSC (MP)

  • added the new worms to the multiple alignments
