Phenotypes
Linking three-letter synonyms for the phenotypes, which are common worm field jargon, such as Dpy, Vul, Muv, Rol, etc.
Common Vectors
- L4440 RNAi feeding vector
- Fire Vectors
Currently these vectors are in the plasmid class. This class is poorly annotated. Chris Grove is working to import vector/plasmid information from addgene, which should result in more informative records for these objects in WB. The next step is to have a better display for these objects.
