  • can fix by turning off restarting in xinetd, kill sgif, turn on xinetd

2. GFF3 discussion (Abby, Joachim, Todd)

AC - coming along...

• will push to staging today

JB - focusing on c_elegans

• things looking good - work out of the box
• will check all other species today
• Scott Cain - should work with gbrowse v2.55, tested

3. Intermine objectives for WS239 (JD and Todd)

• GFF3 and FASTA

• RNAi and Orthologs

• classes expanded and updated, issue loading some of that data
• fasta sequence

• GFF3, some problems with the data

• Objectives

  • updated specs for new classes
    • RNAi, Orthologs

• loaded protein, genomic data
• loaded gff3 data - problems with semicolons
  • will run overnight

  • going to be biggest
